Staying alive is important, but there's more than the biological impact that’s powerful. Breathwork is also the quickest way to change our state of being and point of view at any moment. Adopting the practice connects us with our innate wisdom and brings greater awareness to ourself, our life, and the decisions we make which leads to overall well-being and happiness. The breath is also free and available to us whenever we need to create harmony and peace in our life.
