Denessea initially gravitated towards meditation, then added in breath work and movement on her self-love and healing journey of 10+ years. 'I am a Spiritual Being optimizing my personal Human Experience. Yoga encompassed my lifestyle, so I became a 200hr Certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor for both personal growth and to share this art of healing and knowledge with all of you.'
When people ask 'What is Yoga?', Denessea tells them, 'Yoga is connecting mind, body, and soul to bring more balance into our lives. Being mindful allows awareness, and when we are aware, we give ourselves the option to make active choices.'
Here at Fascial Health, Denessea will focus on Yin Yoga. It is a gentle and beginner friendly approach focusing on meditation, breath work, and slow, tension-releasing movements.
Classes will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 7:30am and 5:30pm.
