Experience + Training
Holly started off her profession working with kids birth to 3 years old. In 2014, however, she happened upon a Fascial Counterstrain course, with the information ultimately changing her career. 'I loved my job. Working with the Littles, great time-off, amazing staff. But once you feel and understand Fascial Counterstrain, you cannot go back to how you treated before. It's a fascinating new way to understand and assess the body'. Holly has gone on to take 10+ Fascial Counterstrain courses, making her the only Kentuckian using this technique. 'Most of my clients call it Voodoo PT, but Fascial Counterstrain is deeply rooted in anatomy and physiology'.

Philosophy on Clients
Your body is as unique as your personality. The stresses, weaknesses, strengths, and postures are specific to each individual based on their life's story and current journey. New research shows these patterns go deeper, beyond muscle. It shows deep fascia can contract as a muscle does, and it also contains pain receptors. At this time Fascial Counterstrain is one of, and possibly the only, technique designed to treat the deep fascia in all systems of the body.
As clinicians, we are both scientist and inventor because we strive to find what helps our clients the most. Fascial Counterstrain is an innovative and new way to holistically and individually assess and treat dysfunction. Counterstrain also aides in prevention by normalizing tissues and allowing the body to optimize the healing process. Here at Fascial Health we LISTEN to you and your body and are dedicated to helping you on your journey to health and wellness.
