Frequently Asked Questions:
Do you take insurance?
Fascial Health is currently in-network with Medicare (and by default all Medicare Advantage plans), Anthem, VA Community Care Program, all Medicaids. Fascial Health is also certified with TriCare East. If we are not in-network with your provider, we can bill your insurance as an out-of-network provider or provide a SuperBill for you to submit for possible reimbursement. Exchange-for-service pay is also a popular option with a Prompt Pay Discount provided.
While Kami keeps track of Fascial Health’s contracts with insurance companies, it is up to each client to know your own contract with your insurance [think deductibles, co-pays vs co-insurance, which insurance is primary]. Insurances change policies all the time, so we empower our clients to know and understand their benefits. If Fascial Health is provided incorrect information, client may be liable for the cost.

What are your prices for Exchange-For-Service Pay?
We strongly believe in clarity in pricing and keeping things simple to avoid the awkwardness of talking about money owed. Please call us at 859-333-9312 for our Price List.
What should I wear?
Athletic clothing is preferred. Thick, beaded clothing, or denim is not optimal. All manual techniques provided by Fascial Health will be performed over clothing. Even for clients requiring pelvic floor work, Counterstrain is performed externally with clothing on.

What dysfunctions do you treat?
We incorporate Fascial Counterstrain, Bioenergetics, Herbalism, and Functional Movement Therapy along with the HOCATT™ + HUGO™ to facilitate the body's natural ability to heal itself. Here are some DYSFUNCTIONS we may assist with.
